Video Surveillance.

In the United States, the FBI has calculated that a burglary occurs every 8 seconds and that three out of four homes will be burglarized within the next 20 years. There’s no reason to wait until it happens to you. Video surveillance systems were originally designed to offer the ultimate in security for banks, airports and casinos. We have few press shots of the upcoming Samsung Armani W820/W8200 slider to share, compliments of Korean OpenMobile website. Before we see the Samsung Armani video and photos I wanna mention that Samsung Armani packs  Window Mobile 6.1 Pro (possibly later 6.5) on a 800MHz processor. It’ll have Stereo FM Radio with RDS, Wi-Fi, A-GPS and Bluetooth as well as a host of office software and multimedia editing options but somehow I doubt that’s the reason people will be buying a designer label phone.

There’s support for all sorts of codecs in the shape of MP3,  DivX, XviD, WAV, AAC+, WMA, MPEG4, H.263 and H.264, and there’s even talk of a slide-out QWERTY. Pretty high spec all things considered Read the rest of this entry »

Samsung’s SCH-W880 12 megapixel cameraphone seems to be a very decent rival to Sony Ericsson Satio and perhaps a replacement for Pixon12. Some might even consider this the death of point and shoot digital cameras… However, there’s more to Samsung’s SCH-W880 than meets the eye.
